Services provided by James B Snyder, MD - Long Island Psychiatric, PLLC are considered an out-of-network provider for all insurers. This policy protects your privacy to the highest degree and allows for greater flexibility in determining a plan of treatment. If you have out-of-network benefits we will provide you with an itemized bill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. You are responsible for payment at the time of service.
